first things first,
I'm so grateful you're here.
The next year is going to be one to remember for your family, and I'm so grateful to have a front row seat for it. There will be hard days, long days, days where you might feel pushed to your absolute limit. It's my hope that in the moment when you need it most, one of the portraits we've made together catches your eye and reminds you that it's all worth it. Your story is worthy of being told beautifully, and I can't wait to make magic together.
I'm fueled by a desire to preserve the best humanity has to offer: our love for one another. I draw my inspiration from classic literature, sprawling wildflower fields, thoughtful design and architecture, and my travels across the world, particularly Europe.
A carefully crafted, collaborative process is the heartbeat of my work. I strive to form relationships with both my clients and their creative teams, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach to every project.
When I'm not working, you can most likely find me nose-deep in a Jane Austen novel, spending time outdoors with my family, or planning my next escape to the French countryside.

Meet Amanda Wose
This is us! Caroline is our oldest at nine years old. She loves Taylor Swift and the color lavender, and is convinced she's going to be a rockstar someday. Her pink guitar is her current obsession! Ellie is our feisty middle child, with a deep love for animals and reading. These two are each others' best friends and we adore watching them grow!
Adam and I also welcomed a son, Henry, in November 2022! He completes our family perfectly. We live in southern Maryland, just outside DC, and love to spend time on the water when the weather allows.

While I love to chat with clients over text and DM, the best way to contact me for important matters is via email! This ensures important messages do not fall through the cracks or go unattended. I do my best to respond promptly to all messages, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response - especially over weekends, which are reserved for weddings and family time.

HONEYBOOK
Honeybook is the client management system that I use to keep track of your project. This is where you'll find your client portal, manage your contract and invoice, and view meeting makers for upcoming appointments and sessions with me.
PIC-TIME
Pic-Time is my gallery hosting service, from which you'll receive your final images once they're ready. Please be sure to download and save your images to a safe location immediately, such as an external hard drive and/or a cloud-based service.

Ready to start thinking about your newborn session? Me too! Here's a full article with all of my best tips for a calm and successful newborn session.

We will discuss your preferred timing for sessions during your initial planning consultation and schedule your first session at that time. Many clients choose to use their sessions for maternity, newborn, six month, and one year milestones, but it is entirely up to you!
It is the client's responsibility to reach out to schedule your sessions. Please note that while I do carve out space for membership clients on the studio calendar, specific date availability is not guaranteed. I highly recommend reaching out 30-60 days in advance of your preferred session timeframe to ensure best availability.
Newborn sessions are soft-booked based on your due date. Please get in touch once baby arrives to confirm a date for your session. Everyone's health and safety is most important, so please don't feel like you need to rush to get scheduled as soon as you get home! Take time to settle in and adjust to your new normal - the best time for newborn photos is once you feel ready.

WHAT'S INCLUDED AGAIN?
Your membership includes four full sessions, 10 digital images from each session, and an 8x10" heirloom album featuring 40 images from throughout our time together. Gallery upgrades are also available at special pricing just for membership clients - details below.

WHAT IF I WANT MORE IMAGES?
HOW DOES THE ALBUM WORK?
A great "problem" to have, if you ask me! Additional images may be purchased for $75 each, $500 for 10, or $750 for the full gallery. A typical session gallery will contain about 40-50 images - my goal is to provide variety without feeling too overwhelming.
After your last session, the fun begins! I'll send over your final gallery, and then we'll work together to design a stunning heirloom album to preserve this year for future generations to look back on someday.
